We appreciate your support of your local needlework shop. If there is a pattern that you would like as a hard copy, please ask your LNS to contact us directly as we do not work with national distributers at this time
PDF Downloads
Once a purchase is made, you will receive an email with a link to the pattern. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam. If you continue to have a problem, please contact us.
Returns/Refunds
Purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material, and gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable. If you uncover an error or your digital file is damaged, please reach out immediately for resolution.
Return/refund of accessories are evaluated on a case-by-case situation. Each product is inspected for quality and will ship free of defect. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider.
