Shop Policies

New Patterns & Hard Copies

New releases are available only through your local needlework shop for a period of 90 days, then will be available on our website for PDF download. Please support your local needle work shop. If there is a pattern that you would like as a hard copy, please ask your LNS to contact us directly as we do not work with national distributers at this time.

PDF Downloads

Once a purchase is made, you will receive an email with a link to the pattern. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam. If you continue to have a problem, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material, and gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable. If you uncover an error or your digital file is damaged, please reach out immediately for resolution. Return/refund of accessories are evaluated on a case-by-case situation. Each product is inspected for quality and will ship free of defect. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider.

Sales & Shipping 

All our products are for sale ONLY in the USA at this time. Physical items are usually shipped USPS; however, Acorn Needle reserves the right to determine how items are shipped depending on the size and weight.

Wholesale

Privacy Policy

Purchase We do not sell, exchange, transfer, or give to another company your personal information. Acorn Needle does not have access to your financial information as sales are processed on a commercial site, such as PayPal.

Changes

Purchase Acorn Needle may update shop policies from time to time to reflect changes to our practices for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
